Field Marshall the Lord Bramall KG GCB OBE MC JP DL: 1923-2019

We were saddened to hear that our former Senior President, Field Marshal Lord Bramall, has passed away at the age of 95.

An extraordinary individual and loyal friend to The Not Forgotten, Lord Bramall was our Army President from 1985-1997 and our Senior President from 1997-2006, following an extraordinary 43 year service in the Armed Forces.

Lord Bramall’s career spanned from the Second World War, where he was awarded a Military Cross, to the Falklands and his dedicated service to his country and The Not Forgotten epitomises a generation who gave so much in their youth and just kept on giving.
