Rosie Thompson MBE

Rosie has been our Head of Events since 1998 and during that time has met many thousands of veterans – all of whom inspire her. Rosie’s passions are any outdoors activity – except sailing! She has a real love of animals, especially her beloved cocker spaniel, Bridie. When not working – which is rare – she is busy raising money in a variety of ways for The Not Forgotten.

She has completed 24 marathons, many half marathons and several long distance challenges. In 2017 she fulfilled a long-held ambition to successfully complete the Marathon Des Sables “The Toughest Footrace on Earth” and is now the proud owner of a much treasured medal.
