Can You Help Us Find the Forgotten?

Welcome to The Not Forgotten website, which is packed full of information about who we support, what we do and how we do it.

We aren’t asking you to pledge your time for the 1 Million Minute campaign, but are instead asking for you to help us Find the Forgotten™ – any isolated or lonely members of our Armed Forces community who are ill, injured or disabled and could use our help.

Contact us:

If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for on our website (or below), give us a call on 020 3827 9300 to chat to one of our volunteers.

What does The Not Forgotten do?

The Not Forgotten combats the causes of isolation and loneliness through a programme of social events and challenge activities.

You can find out more about these events here and look through our photos and videos.

We do not provide funding for white goods, housing, welfare or medical support. If you’d like us to help you find support with any of these, take a look at our Useful Links page or give us a call on the number below.

Who does The Not Forgotten Support?

We support serving personnel and veterans of any age who are wounded, injured, sick or disabled, whatever the cause and wherever it arose. Our youngest beneficiary is 23 and our oldest is 107 ½!

Take a look at what our beneficiaries have said about us here.

How can I get involved?

Do you know of someone who could benefit from coming to one of our parties or going on holiday with us? Put them in touch with us!

How can I apply for your support?

It is really easy to register with us, just head over to the Getting Our Help page.

The Not Forgotten is not a membership organisation and we are open to all eligible beneficiaries. We also work closely with other military charities and refer where appropriate.

Can I register someone else for your support?

Due to data regulations, you cannot fill our General Information Form in on someone else’s behalf, unless they are in the room with you and have given you their explicit consent.

How does it work?

When you submit a form, it is immediately delivered to a member of our team and your details are added to our database.

Once we have confirmed your eligibility, our Events Team do their very best to invite you to an event that you are interested in, or one in your local area, but please be aware that many of our events are planned months in advance so an invitation may not be forthcoming straight away.

We are completely focused on providing the right opportunities to those who need them most; this does mean we have to prioritise who and how we offer our activities. We are a small staff helping over 10,000 individuals a year and we do our best to include everyone in our activities as everybody is important to us.
